Position Overview.

This position will be responsible for promotion and sales of EluPro, the first antiobiotic-eluting bioenvelope designed to protect patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). Featuring powerful antibiotic therapy and advanced tissue engineering, EluPro is specifically designed to prevent post-operative complications and support regeneration of healthy, vascularized tissue.

The successful candidate will drive sales growth within a designated geographical area, building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, health care providers and strategic partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration and Sales Performance: Drive the introduction and sales of EluPro within the assigned territory. Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective planning and execution.

  • Physician and Hospital Outreach: Identify potential hospitals and physicians for product integration. Engage in regular visits and follow-up, ensuring a strong presence in the medical community.

  • Partnership Development and Support: Provide partnership support, including physician and staff education, training, and mentoring. Promote EluPro as the standard of care in surgery, necessitating a deep understanding of product features and benefits.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with customers, offering support and ensuring satisfaction. Manage customer complaints efficiently, adhering to quality system requirements.

  • Compliance and Training: Stay compliant with company policies and participate actively in internal training sessions, regional, and national meetings.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in a relevant field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in medical device sales; experience selling into the Electrophysiology lab a must.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with complex hospital sales, contracting, quality systems and timely reporting of customer complaints.
  • Travel: Significant travel within the assigned geography. A valid driver’s license is essential.
